Rachael Eden-Jones

General Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar | Founder of Between Moments Psychology

I’m Rachael, a Registered General Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar. I work with young people and adults (16+) navigating a range of emotional, psychological, and life challenges.

I aim to provide a warm, collaborative space where you feel respected, supported, and able to speak openly about what’s going on for you. My approach is grounded in curiosity rather than judgement, with a focus on helping you feel safe to show up as you are while also having clarity about what we are doing in therapy and why.

I work in a trauma informed and neuroaffirming way, with a particular interest in supporting neurodivergent people to better understand their experiences in ways that feel validating, meaningful, and practical.

At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship. I see therapy as something we do together, a space to explore patterns, make sense of difficulties, and build more flexible, compassionate ways of relating to yourself and others.
